Open the .oiv file with 7-zip or WinRar. <br />2. Drag out the "assembly.xml" file. <br />3. Open that assembly.xml file with Notepad++. <br />4. Click on the "Encoding" tab at the top, then select "Encode in ANSI". <br />5. Scroll down to line 56 and delete the characters â, €, and " <br />6. Save the text file. <br />7. Load the .oiv file through OpenIV and you shouldn't get the error.
